Moderator and keynote speaker:

Dr. Ekaterina Matveeva (h.c.) is the author of the Language Alter Ego theory and founder of Amolingua and Lingo+, pioneering how new linguistic identities shape cultural adaptability and performance in global contexts. A polyglot educator, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and former world-championship memory athlete, she brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of linguistics, neuroscience, and multicultural education, with international recognition for her contributions to ed-tech and the humanities. (Argentina / USA).

Experts:

Stephanie Chelsea Mora – Industry Engagement Manager with Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades. (Texas, USA / Philippines). With a BS in Psychology from the Philippines, extensive case management experience supporting young adults’ career advancement, multilingual fluency in Tagalog and Bisaya/Cebuano, and a strong background in leadership, public speaking, and performance, Stephanie brings cross-sector expertise spanning HR, public relations, education, and community development.

Papa Balla Ndong – Human Migration Expert, DEIB–AI strategist, and founder of AICOSMO, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, intercultural competence, and inclusive global policy across Europe and Africa. He serves in senior intercultural leadership roles — including President of SIETAR Europa and advisory positions with the World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence and the Valencian Council of Migrations (Generalitat Valenciana) — and contributes to shaping ethical AI practice and cultural inclusion, with mentoring experience through Ashoka España.
