AI has become one of the central forces shaping how power, influence, and even reality itself are structured in the world today. It is no longer just a tool for efficiency; it is a geopolitical frontier that redefines sovereignty, diplomacy, and global stability.

In this session of the Year of AI Challenged series, we dive deep into the shifting tides of global high-tech leadership. We will move beyond the traditional “race to the top” to ask if a global AI infrastructure, built on humanity-based data, is possible.

Key Questions for Exploration:

• Leadership & Evolution: Who is truly leading the evolution of global high-tech, and what criteria should we use to measure success in political and geopolitical integration?
• Societal Integration: How is AI reshaping the fabric of society, and are we measuring its success through the lens of wellbeing or mere control?
• Data Geopolitics: How will the geopolitics of human-generated data evolve? Is this a race to the bottom, or can we find a path toward a global commons?
• Civilizational Gaps: Are we moving toward a unified global civilization, or will AI deepen the existing civilizational divides?
