Join our distinguished international speakers as we reflect on the current state of the world, humanity and individual human experience and on what role leaders could play in creating positive change for all stakeholders - from individuals to communities, from cities to regional ecosystems, from society overall to all forms of life on our planet.

While many challenges persist and new ones arise on the individual, collective and ecosystemic level, our mission is to find ways to deal with them while facilitating evolution of humanity and each individual. So we’ll look into ways and principles of how such conscious evolution could be facilitated by each one of us regardless of our geography, social status, professional affiliation, wealth, or age. How each person could be empowered to provide authentic leadership and become a servant leader in their circumstances.

We will also review cutting-edge programs for authentic leadership development worldwide - from Global Mayors Academy for city leaders in 10.000 cities to the Future Leaders program with a mission of offering young people key knowledge and skills for a happy, conscious and creative life (co-designed by LCE, Ecocivilisation, Youth x Youth and other partners).

The session will offer inspiration, key principles and tools for authentic leadership development as well as an opportunity to become a member of a global movement that shapes the future of leadership on our planet.
